Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with AuraGlow. This policy explains how we ship your order, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Shipping times and rates
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days to arrive. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6 to 13 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $60.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and your location.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at the email below.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
AuraGlow is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located at the delivery address. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors, building management, or anyone else who may have accepted the package
- Looking around your property in case the package was left in a less visible spot
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product, and we will make it right.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
