At AuraGlow, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts
  • Be free from signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. If applicable, a return shipping label will be provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at auraglowtherapy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Hygiene & Safety Policy

Because AuraGlow red light therapy devices are personal-use wellness and skincare products that come into direct contact with the skin, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

For the health and safety of all customers, opened, used, worn, or activated red light therapy devices are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Products returned with signs of use, wear, damage, modification, or missing components may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used red light therapy devices
  • Personal care and skincare products that have been opened or used
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting a return request.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your eligible item according to this policy and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

However, this right may not apply to sealed personal care or hygiene-related products that have been opened after delivery. Any returned item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, a defective product, or a damaged item received upon delivery.
